Easy and delicious, slow cooker apple overnight oats are great, especially in winter. You will have full bellies for school and work!
Slow Cooker Apple Overnight Oats
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp butter, unsalted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
Optional extras: Nuts, seeds, sultanas, banana, maple syrup, milk, dash of cinnamon
- Lightly spray the slow cooker with cooking spray
- Peel, core and dice apple
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker (including apple, but NOT the optional extras)
- Stir once and turn on low for 6 hours
In the morning/after 6 hours: Spoon into bowls and add your optional extras to the top.
